Update: I had left a message for my service advisor (Phil) last night. He called me this morning and explained that they are short staff around the holiday. He said to bring the van in as originally scheduled and they will work it into their schedule. Very helpful given that my van is in limp mode. They serviced my van earlier this year and I was happy with the service. I just hope they can find more sprinter mechanics in this tight market.
