Dan Peterson, whom I spoke to, greeted me and immediately took charge of the problem. He and the manager Steve came to explained it would need a day to fix the leaky rim in the waiting room. I would like to convey that I felt at ease at the Mercedes Benz Rochester dealership while waiting for my car to be serviced. Thanks go to my service adviser John Kennedy who was very professional, and also other personnel that I dealt with at the dealership John recommended getting an insurance for tires and rims after the first flat was fixed, which I did. This coverage provides peace of mind every time I hear loud shocking bottoming bangs caused by accidentally hitting huge pot holes. I had very satisfactory experience with the services. More
