I think you have too many clients. I brought my car in for the 1 year service. My assigned service person was Mike. He wasn't there when I came in and someone rushed through covering. I got a text sayi for the 1 year service. My assigned service person was Mike. He wasn't there when I came in and someone rushed through covering. I got a text saying to contact Mike if I had questions. My texts were never answered. I called and the receptionist told me to come in after 1 pm and my car would be ready. When I got there Mike was still unavailable and my car wasn't ready until almost 2 pm. I never talked to Mike. The service was not as advertised. More

I enjoy dealing with Scott Parry; however, his partner, Wayne, has been condescending, rude, and appears as though I am bothering him by being there or calling. I didn't buy a Mercedes to have to bring it to service three times in the first six months and then be treated as though I am the problem. I should be treated like I own a luxury vehicle that shouldn't have to be brought in for electrical issues and updates before 7,000 miles are on the car. More
