A manager was the first to see us and made us feel unwelcome to the dealership with his greeting, not asking names, and suggesting we were there to buy a used car rather than asking. After ditching th unwelcome to the dealership with his greeting, not asking names, and suggesting we were there to buy a used car rather than asking. After ditching this awful manager, we were greeted by a nicer manager that helped us out and guided us to a salesperson. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he kept suggesting other things, then put us in his office and tried to sell us a car immediately. We told him we want to compare cars outside so he took us there. He had no idea what he was talking about! I knew more about the cars I was looking at than the salesman, and he kept saying untrue things about the cars. On top of that, to compare interiors of cars he used a $130k GLE AMG compared to a base model GLC300. These models are 80k apart in price and not remotely what I told the salesman I was lookiny for. Ridiculous service when you are spending around 80k on a car. Won't be buying a Mercedes or coming back to this dealership. Utterly ridiculous. More

Scott Parry did a good job coordinating this MBZ extended warranty service. I appreciate the timely communication he provided on my car. A little disappointed that the service staff did not address a burne warranty service. I appreciate the timely communication he provided on my car. I'll just have to make a trip to another shop to get this done. More
