Hands down best car buying experience! Purchased a car without going to the dealership. Peter Alexan did an excellent job conveying all details about the car and process. We brought two of our vehicles in for window tint. The first was the CLA. When I got it back, it was covered in the liquid used for the windows, I’m still finding spots inside the car. On the up side, the windows look great and we are very pleased. Next we brought in the GLC. When I dropped it off, I mentioned to Scott, to please let the tinter know about the CLA and do everything he could to keep the GLC spotless. Scott was great on both vehicles. He made sure I was ok with the CLA before I left and even had another loaner ready in case I declined to take it that night. On the GLC, it came back spotless, inside and out and he made sure it did. The four starts is mainly for the tinter, Thank you for the service on my cars, you guys rock! More
Well when they bright my car to me and handed my car key back my keychain was only half there. I didn’t say anything so my fault because it was old. They never pick up the phone for the service center and they just tell you to book it yourself online. The waiting area is crowded and some people pull their mask down and wear it like a chin diaper which they just tell you to book it yourself online. An older gentleman was coughing every so often that it made me feel unsafe for my well-being and the others around me because his mask was not on for over 20 minutes until I couldn’t handle it anymore and left. It’s also extremely unsanitary to just trust people to use the hand sanitizer before dispensing their own water/coffee when clearly some people refuse to even keep their mask on. It’s MB I’m sure corporate can fund an automatic beverage dispenser. Seats also were not sanitized between people and there were no available disinfectant wipes to be located. More
