Sales experience was not a positive one. I expected a higher competency level and communication skill dealing with MB sales reminded me of dealing with used car sales BS. Last 2 services were supposed to take 2 hours, i didn't get my car back until the next day. Good thing i didn't wait, i even called to get a status i was told service was very busy. I stopped in approximately 2 months ago to get a new tire Michael Dougherty came out and looked at the damage and said he would go get me a price 20 minutes later i noticed he was writing up service with a customer, never did get a price, went to America tires. Michael was also my service writer both times. I would prefer not to work with him. Please send further inquires to Larry Simmons not Christie. Thank you.
