Usually I have a very positive experience with this Service Dept. However, this appointment resulted in the engine service light appearing on the instrument panel 2 days following standard interval se Service Dept. However, this appointment resulted in the engine service light appearing on the instrument panel 2 days following standard interval servicing and required a return trip to the Service Center. Fortunately, the Mercedes Service Dept was able to permit the dropping off of my GL550 the same afternoon that I made my appointment but was not able to service my vehicle until the next day. The problem noted was a technician error disrupting a sensor connection which triggered the service engine light. Although the correction was simple, the technician oversight was disappointing and very time consuming on my part. I have faith that Von Housen will review their servicing protocols so that my next experience will be as positive as I've experienced over the past years. More

Michael helped me - unprepared - leased a car for me - Andrew prepared paperwork - quickly - I did not get sufficient info for the new car - I was uncomfortable driving in the dark - sent on my way too late - and was panicked - very heavy traffic - couldn't set side view mirrors - asked for help - no roadside assistance - drove home without side view mirrors. I couldn't understand how to set them. God was with me. More
