Excellent , they were very considerate of my wife's and my needs, provided a loner Mercedes for 24 hrs., attended to all the requested and required repairs and replacements, especially by Greg . The dealership personnel who I talked with are very professional. I brought my car in for a lengthy product recall activity and it was completed in even less time that the original estimate. He arranged for a shuttle to take me away from the dealership when the work was being done. When my car was ready, the shuttle came promptly to pick me up. Scheduled A1 service August 15. When I purchased the car the sales rep Amer Aldarwish (who is longer with the dealer) authorized a free oil change on my first service but unfortunately was not documented on the sales rep Amer Aldarwish (who is longer with the dealer) authorized a free oil change on my first service but unfortunately was not documented on my end or in your system. Check in was with Scott Parry. Friendly and conversational until I mentioned the free oil change. The friendly demeanor changed to dismissive as if he was being put out. He stated he had to discuss with the Sales Manager, Dustin Brooks. Scott returned with Dustin. Dustin introduced himself and followed in a sarcastic voice asking something to the effect of, "...and why are we paying for a free oil change?" Explained the reason to him and his demeanor was frankly off putting. I was prepared to leave and get my service elsewhere. He did agree to look into it further and car got checked in. I did share with them that I was prepared to pay what I needed to pay if they could not approve the inquiry. The credit I will give the Rocklin Service Department is that you ended up doing the right thing at the end of the day and my service was covered. I was not expecting to have the full service covered as the initial inquiry was only for the oil change. So I do appreciate and recognize that the situation was handled favorably. My issue with the situation was the visible off-putting behavior of Dustin, and the change in friendliness of Scott. I understand you probably have many situations such as these where individuals may be trying to play the system so to speak. I do realize that the service was well delayed from the time of the purchase of the car (due to covid and not driving the car as much), but as a first time customer to the service department I was a little disappointed in how I was initially treated. I very appreciate the outcome that was rendered, and I would hope it's a true indication what you would expect to experience here. More

Service and employees were great. The app needs quality review as it assigns general service setting by default even after removing it multiple times and doesn't notify shop of cancellations.
