I've had 2 services. One had to wait due to Covid-19 and as a result, I was a few hundred miles past 30,000 and was not covered in the warranty. So I was charged $350 for an oil change. Seems like MB would make an exception, but did not. Also after my first service the air filter was never changed. So I figured, well, they'll change it at the 30,000 tune up. And the air filter was still not changed. When should the air filter be changed? More
