Time frame I make an appointment for a repair, a week out. The day before the appointment I receive a call that the part was back ordered. I understand back ordered but what I don't understand is I had to call every week for 5 weeks to find out if the part was in. When part finally arrives, I schedule the appointment and when I ask how many hours? They say that they will need the vehicle for 2 days. First I had heard of that. I had asked for a loaner vehicle and Greg my service manager had no problem. The day I was to pick up my repaired vehicle, I called to verify it was finished (as I drive an hour and 20 minutes to dealership) and was told "No it wasn't ready, it wouldn't be ready until the end of the day." I understand situations arise out of our control. Communication is the success of any business and relationship. Better communication is something this transaction was needing. More

Yes and No Came back for adjustment. The red flashing light on the drivers passing mirror didn't work and the air condition. It was fixed. But the red flashing Came back for adjustment. Best Service Advisor I have been to multiple Mercedes Benz service departments over the years with multiple vehicles, but Mike Dougherty is by far the best I've ever worke I have been to multiple Mercedes Benz service departments over the years with multiple vehicles, but Mike Dougherty is by far the best I've ever worked with. He goes above and beyond in everything he does for us. He is the reason I traded my ML350 in last year for a GLE43 AMG. The conversation started with him, he walked me and my husband over and introduced us to a sales person to get the ball rolling. He also checked in with us during the sales process to make sure things were going smoothly...what service advisor does that?!? He's the BEST! More

Highly recommend this dealer and staff I purchased a car from out of state due to lack of options where we live. We needed to drive to Reno complete the transaction. I specifically asked two people and both assured me there would not be a credit dig. I just wish they had been honest as I am in the process of refinancing my home. More
