The dealership I purchased from (Santa Monica) set up the appointment for me at Rocklin since it's the closest dealership to me. They guaranteed both parts were covered under warranty as a CPO vehicle. When I arrived, Wayne Schmid was rude, wasn't wearing a mask while I sat in his office for over 20min, said "he can't hear me because of my mask" and raised his voice when talking to me. He refused to replace one of the parts and tried to get me to pay for it on my own. The dealership in Santa Monica is still trying to resolve with Rocklin to replace. I complained to Mike Moreno who is the Manager of the Service Dept (Wayne's manager). He said there was nothing he could do, all they are required to have is the clear glass/plastic barrier up in the office but he would "talk to Wayne". I never received a followup regarding my complaint. More

Excellent service from sales to finance. Mike took his time to explain the features of the auto that I ultimately leased. Finance also explained details and made valuable suggestions. time to explain the features of the auto that I ultimately leased. Finance also explained details and made valuable suggestions. More
The entire sales team was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I do not feel like I received a fair price for my car, but that’s pretty typical of any car dealer. There was a small item on my contract that had not been discussed it was removed and the money was refunded. All in all an excellent experience. More

Significant blunder on my car I submitted a review already, but since I received a second request I'll do it over... Our E550 had the oil in the wiring harness issue, which requir I submitted a review already, but since I received a second request I'll do it over... Our E550 had the oil in the wiring harness issue, which requires the engine to be pulled to replace wiring harness/inspect connections for oil contamination. We got our car back and due to the stay-at-home orders did not drive it much. Then wanted to take it on an errand and it was a No Start in the garage - all lights on dash work, fuel pump runs, hear starter solenoid click, but no starter at all. Towed into Rocklin who has done every bit of work on this car since we've had it. They do minimal diagnostics and with a shrug and a head scratch replace the ME (Engine control computer). Bring car home and next time we try to take it out it only makes it a half mile from home. Multiple electrical symptoms as well as transmission mis-shifting, clunking, low power, etc. It makes it part way back to the house and dies in the middle of the road. Back to Rocklin on a flatbed. This time they put a more thorough technician on it and he discovers multiple codes and a loosely attached main ground strap from the transmission to frame. He idles car and it dies on him too. Again pulls codes and does pinout tests on wiring harness. He reviews service history and sees engine was pulled, so throws the car on a lift and what do you know, they didn't connect the Main Engine Ground AT ALL! He notes signs of arcing where engine ground had touched the transmission case. I wonder if they tightened the motor mounts...?! I bet this last technician checked them! I've both spoken with and emailed the dealership of my disappointment, frustration and concern about what else could be lurking due to this random ground. No response, which means they don't care...
