I took my car for service and when I picked it up one of the tires was flat, they put air on. I start driving it to my home and I got an alarm that the same tire was really low in air. fortunately I was pas the tires was flat, they put air on. I’m disappointed with my oil change and multi-point inspection. My car was returned with the interior driver door handle broken beyond use. This was remedied, but required 2 follow up visits and still inspection. My car was returned with the interior driver door handle broken beyond use. Further, the battery is very weak, and power steering fluid was so low after the visit that it didn’t register on the dip stick, yet none of these issues were reported to me, only that my car is in great shape. However the engine oil was overfilled 125% - a dangerous condition. I recognize my car is 10 years old but I do keep it in great condition and part of that has been taking it to the dealer so they will treat it as I do. I’m planning to shop around for a new service provider. Eric was good to work with. More

Purchased my second vehicle from them in 2 years and very happy with the entire sales process. I would give 5 stars but still waiting for some floor mats we were promised weeks ago. We bought a SUV in October, 2020. A tow hook was missing from front bumper. We didn't notice, since the purchase was made at night time. Salesperson and service person blaming one another for not ordering from front bumper. We didn't notice, since the purchase was made at night time.
