Michael was a great customer service rep. Unfortunately, my car took longer than expected and I had to find rides for the time I was without my vehicle. I had to return to the dealership due to the technician not properly adjusting my parking brake, but I felt as though I had inconvenienced the service advisor. I waited patiently for 2 hours before I asked not properly adjusting my parking brake, but I felt as though I had inconvenienced the service advisor. I waited patiently for 2 hours before I asked the cashier for the status of my vehicle. When she asked Mr.Schmidt I overheard him rudely tell her that I needed to wait. It was not my fault that I had to bring my vehicle back and I was the one that was inconvenienced. Extremely unprofessional! More
