Was not impressed with the reception desk. We walked in and walked the floor before anyone approached us. I finally decided to walk into a cubicle as the sales person Ron Phillips was getting off a phone c and walked the floor before anyone approached us. I finally decided to walk into a cubicle as the sales person Ron Phillips was getting off a phone call. Ron was knowledge and able to identify the car I wanted. The sale process was great. I should have spent more time understanding all the bell and whistle the car provides. Learning as I go along. I will try to visit Ron with a list of questions as to "how to".
