Horrible Service Appointment was to correct recalls. Waited in lobby for 40+ mins for them to pull the car around front (had to ask 2 times). The speaker cover was not reinstalled, car wasn't washed. There was a service A due and no one asked if I would like the service performed. Headlight was out no one offered to replace this safety issue. I own 3 Mercedes that I take to a local shop due to the horrible customer service and long wait times at the dealer. The dealership looks amazing. Customer service is terrible. More
