service is ok, quality not so much the service they provide is good as far as I can tell so far. They do give you a loaner car (not) really the nicest of their cars if you drive a high the service they provide is good as far as I can tell so far. They do give you a loaner car (not) really the nicest of their cars if you drive a higher end Mercedes. One of the cars we purchased was in a little accident shortly after we bought the car. It was a Merced's Benz certified vehicle from a previous lease. The shop showed us that the bumper had clearly been damaged before our accident and you could see the bondo. They also pointed out even if it wasn't on the car fax if it was inspected properly the would have noticed the damage before our accident More
