Awesome all around experience I purchased a new car with all the options I wanted, the price was perfect, the terms were unbelievable. When I got the car home we realized it didn’t I purchased a new car with all the options I wanted, the price was perfect, the terms were unbelievable. When I got the car home we realized it didn’t have the options I thought I had purchased. I made one call to the dealership, Peter Alexan went into action and got the sales manger TEAM involved. They told me no worries, to bring the car back, and they would get me the car I wanted. They found the car 3 days later, they took it back, swapped out the car and even though it had more options than I originally wanted, they stayed with the same terms of the original sales agreement. It was seamless, from sales to finance to service! I will definitely buy my next car at at Rocklin Mercedes Benz. My wife and are are very happy. They went out of their way to make me happy and make everything right! More
