I can count on my service advisor! Although I live in San Francisco, I drive the two hours to go to MB of Rocklin where I bought my previously owned 2008 C-class in 2011. Not a Good Value Eric is a great guy, I have no problems with him but the value of the service just isn't there. My previous experience with Scott wasn't pleasant. His Eric is a great guy, I have no problems with him but the value of the service just isn't there. My previous experience with Scott wasn't pleasant. His attitude and condescending manner was unacceptable. To be charged $600.00 to replace a battery is ridiculous. I brought the car in saying I needed a new battery and was still charged $190.00 for service to agree. Add $410.00 to the actual battery and installation - so out of line. I understand that Mercedes work may be more complicated, etc but that's just ridiculous. I would love to bring my car into a local service that truly understands my car but it just doesn't have the value. More

Upsale repairs Was disappointed to have someone try to sell me $3800 in repairs on a car with a bluebook of $4500 , There was a dye test buy two other mechanics whic Was disappointed to have someone try to sell me $3800 in repairs on a car with a bluebook of $4500 , There was a dye test buy two other mechanics which never found a leak in the AC system. Just disconnected the EC switch and the AC now runs fine. I have another Mercedes i would be worried about bringing in for service. i think this is why people find there own regular mechanics. More
