Bad customer experience, would not recommend MB of Rocklin I do not recommend MB of Rocklin based on my recent vehicle purchase. My wife and I visited the store looking for a certified pre owned GLC. We test d I do not recommend MB of Rocklin based on my recent vehicle purchase. My wife and I visited the store looking for a certified pre owned GLC. We test drove an example of a GLC knowing that we did not want a black car. It was the wrong color of course but it was equipped very close to what we wanted (keyless go and CarPlay capability but we didn’t need a sunroof). As expected, MB of Rocklin not having the color we wanted, stated that they could come within $5k of the used price for a new one. The price was acceptable but they made us wait for 2.5 hours while they brought a car over from their warehouse. By this time, the store was closing and we were rushed through acceptance of the car and we were not offered another test drive. My wife and I being ‘older’ were exhausted by that time and we failed to notice until too late that the car didn’t have Keyless Go. Instead it was just Keyless (you have to fish out a key fob to unlock the door). I would have gladly paid more for this feature and consider it essential for my wife’s safety as she now has to hunt around for a fob in parking lots. My primary complaint is with the sales staff. All my questions about MB’s version of CarPlay and other features were referred to the receptionist as she was the only one capable of answering. While I share culpability for buying the wrong car, it is also the dealer’s fault for not having an expert available to explain how MB’s are typically equipped. Did the omission of the sunroof also mean the car is lacking in other tech that might be essential? That would have been nice to know. More

The sales process - poor followup I was amazed at how seemless the sales process was purchasing a loaner. After leaving my tire gauge indicated low tire and when I reported it to your I was amazed at how seemless the sales process was purchasing a loaner. After leaving my tire gauge indicated low tire and when I reported it to your service people (Rocklin) they simply added air. After the gauge again showed down to 23 I went to MRZ on Howe and they told me that the tire was taken care of again. When I returned and I advised that with a 2019 Mrz they could not repair the "Nail in the tire" that I was driving around and was the problem. The service man then tells me that they can not repair tires and that they needed to replace all tires (with my 2019 model). Ok not calling the man a liar, but I go to America's Tire Store and I was advised that they could repair the tire and it didn't need to be replaced and that your servicemen just mislead me. Frankly, I was looking forward to my driving experience in a Mercedes as two of my friends have bragged about your sales & service. I'm hoping that this is not a common occurrence. In conclusion, I did speak with Robby and he acknowledged that he received the questionnaire I filled out to receive a Costco rewards card. Still no card... Thank you! More
