Very good communication Had a hiccup on responsibility for a repair on a CPO we’d only had a few weeks. Our tech explained the issue and suggested what we could do to get the issue resolved. Apparently the prior owner had spilled something in the console;and that affected the electronics. I followed the service advisor’s recommendation to call the dealership where we’d just purchased the car. The matter was resolved in our favor.
