Always Excellent. I have been using this dealership for service since moving to Roseville in 2015. Last year we moved into Sacramento, and I still drive out to Rocklin I have been using this dealership for service since moving to Roseville in 2015. Last year we moved into Sacramento, and I still drive out to Rocklin for service because I’ve had consistently great experiences here. They are always professional and friendly, and explain thoroughly what they’re doing and what the cost will be. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this service center - it has always been a totally positive experience every time I’m there. More
Still Waiting I took my car to have the sunroof repaired. When the tech removed the sun blind for inspection they ripped the sun blind. I was told they were not able to replace the sun blind and a replacement would show up in 6 weeks, but most likely sooner. It has been six weeks and I am still driving around without a sun blind. We Just Wanted a Ball Park Figure As our lease was coming up on our 2017 GLC300, we were considering buying the car. We came to the dealer to get a ball park figure of leasing a new G As our lease was coming up on our 2017 GLC300, we were considering buying the car. We came to the dealer to get a ball park figure of leasing a new GLC300, so we could make an informed purchase or new lease decision. Sounds simple, but no. The dealership was completely unwilling to talk a ballpark figure unless we picked out a specific car. Once we were forced into making this decision, we were now in the middle of an all out sales push from Alex and a Sales Manager (I am not positive of his name, so do don’t want to guess). They closed the sale by getting me to agree to lease the new car if they could match our old payment. I finally agreed and found myself with the Finance Manager who broke the news to me that the payment I agreed to did not include a service contract (which we had on our old car). I should have walked. However, I felt I had given my word, so I stayed. After a sleepless night, I called the Finance Manager, Dustin Brooks, back and relayed the story. He was unaware of the deal that had been struck to keep my payment the same. Dustin went to bat for us with Dealership Management and came back with a satisfactory resolution. I am very grateful to Dustin. Our experience with our first Mercedes was so very positive. I don’t understand why this one had to so badly spin out of control. We were going to either buy our old car or lease a new one. Why push so hard and create such hard feelings. This will definitely have an impact on whether we get another Mercedes. More

BE AWARE WHEN TAKING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!! THEY WILL T Recently brought my Mercedes C-Class to this dealership (I knew I was probably going to get screwed by doing this), my car recently went into "limp mo Recently brought my Mercedes C-Class to this dealership (I knew I was probably going to get screwed by doing this), my car recently went into "limp mode" and need the transmission fluid brought back up to Mercedes standards. I dealt with a gentleman named Scott, who was very nice to begin with but as time went on issues started to arise. First off, he would call me and his story would never add up...For example, he would say every time they test drove the car one of the coolant hoses would fall off...This does not make any sense. I drove the car many, many times and no coolant hose ever fell off on its own. Secondly, when the car is in limp mode it is not drivable as it will place the breaks on by itself if you try to accelerate. So, according to him this coolant hose would fall off when they drove the car but he stated in the same sentence the car is still in limp mode??? Doesn't make any sense...Also, he called me and told me the steering column/module needed to be replaced in order for it to come out of limp mode. This was a $1,400 job. This did not need to happen, the steering column simply needed to be rotated so I find this very questionable as well. Now, that won't take the car out of limp mode either apparently. Finally, he says a sensor needs to be replaced which was $400. The sensor costs $30 and literately plugs in.... its a scam. The biggest issue of all, as I originally stayed, I went in for my transmission oil to be filled up. A few days after getting the car back my transmission goes out...Keep in mind I have never, ever, had a transmission problem with my car. I text Scott saying we may have an issue with the transmission, and asked if they put the oil in...He replies back and says "no, we only checked it".... On my receipt it clearly states they put oil in it. I speak with the manager Michael as I'm obviously very frustrated at this point although still being professional and curious with them hoping to meet at a common ground. He advises me to get it towed to Mercedes in Stockton where the car is-i do that. They tell me the transmission now needs to be replaced. Okay, that's fine but I'm not doing it/paying for it. Manager Michael tells me to get a lawyer involved as well as the Bureau of Automotive Repair. This is an insult to me because I have it in writing stating that they never did the repairs I paid them for... This is a pretty cut and dry case I would think. The manager Michael told me well, we did the repairs, and I asked him how could I possible believe that? You tell me one thing, your guys tell me a different thing, etc. So please let this be a warning to anyone thinking of going through these people. It's a scam. I will be taking the legal route here, as well as going to social media to make sure no one else gets scammed by these people!!! More
