I will not be back. I bought my certified pre-owned E350 from Rocklin M B about 4 years ago. I was actually pretty impressed with their service until the last couple of t I bought my certified pre-owned E350 from Rocklin M B about 4 years ago. I was actually pretty impressed with their service until the last couple of times I brought my car to them. Seems to me they have a new strategy for earning extra money and it is taking advantage of their customers. The long and short of it is bait and switch. I was quoted one price for a service and then they wanted to charge me an extra $1400 for said service. They charged me for things I knew were wrong. The passenger seat was not working so I wanted a price to fix it. They charged me about $200 to tell me it would cost an additional $800 to fix it. Plus they change their loaner policy every time I drop my car off for service. I have never been given information on what they will charge me for. Apparently driving from the dealership to home and back is almost $50 in fuel charges. I will not be back. More
