Incompetent service Overpriced oil change service and delivered car to my wife with dead battery in spite of service technician noting the battery had failed testing and Overpriced oil change service and delivered car to my wife with dead battery in spite of service technician noting the battery had failed testing and said there are no Mercedes batteries available and subsequently installed low quality Interstate battery at inflated price. Previously have dropped car off for routine service in the morning and the car was not looked at for the entire day, not ready till the next day. Previously car jockey damaged bumper on the same car when picking up the vehicle. Would not recommend this service department, and would be very reluctant to purchase another Mercedes from them.
