I was charged $120.00 for a "special computerized alignment" To avoid hitting something that had flew off the back of a truck, I went over an island that popped the 2 tires on the passenger side of my car. It was towed to your facility; you replaced the tires and I was told that the insurance only approved $79 for the alignment and your charge was $199 (I was advised the reason for the difference in price was, the Mercedes alignment would find any problems that weren't noticed by the technician, and was strongly urged to do your alignment). I took my car to a body shop here to repair the body damage, and, to my surprise, they found out that the rims on the driver side were bent and had to be replaced. They were replaced & an alignment had to be done again. My question; why didn't your computerized alignment, that cost me $120 out of my pocket, find the bent rims? I was told by the guy at the body repair, that my car was put up on the rack and when the wheels were spun, they could see them wobbling. I feel I should get the $120 refunded to me, because I would have done the $79 alignment when I got home if I hadn't been told that this was the best way to find unforeseen problems. Your $199 alignment did not find the bent rims!!! More

Exceeded expectation. I was very pleased with xxx't Service Manager Eric Triebull's attention and assistance with the recent service to my wife's C300. He listened carefully to what I had to say about several issues and all were resolved. I did mention that I had previously owned a Mercedes R350 which was serviced by another MBZ dealership and that I was not at all happy with their.service. Frankly, I was not anticipating the quality service that I received. Because my wife was recovering from knee surgery, I had transportation problems getting home and back to the dealership to pick up the car. This issue was resolved quickly. Bottom line, I was very happy with Eric's and the dealership's service. More

I picked the car up, paid the invoice and was heading home in 10 minutes. I can't say enough about this Service Department. I have used them for 5 years for both of my cars. They have always earned a 5 star rating in my mind without fail. More
