Well that is exactly what happened, we felt we got a great deal, and I really feel Tony was a huge part of this. Don't believe what you are told When we bought an SUV we were told we had one complementary service, which we were told we did not have when we came in for service. We also bough 3 y When we bought an SUV we were told we had one complementary service, which we were told we did not have when we came in for service. We also bough 3 years of of prepaid service, but was not told up front it was 3 service visits for years which ever comes first. On my last service visit I was told we used up our last, but when I checked with the finance department we still had one unused. Hearing different things from different people makes a confusing experience. Knowing that the costumer has prepaid service is good to know before calling them they have to pay for the service. When selling pre-paid service please explain to customers up front what is being sold. More

Great Service! Brought the car in for routine oil change. Car was done in about 1 hour. Enjoyed waiting in their comfortable lounge area. Car was washed and ready.
