terrible customer service! The used car sales manager (James) completely alienated me - I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Keep in mind that I am talking about the sale of a frontline used vehicle that had been prepped to perfection with the exception of a piece of broken interior molding and a broken cup holder. Neither issue was discovered until I got the vehicle home (I took delivery of the car on a Thursday evening and discovered the problems the following morning) When I contacted the dealership the following morning no one was available to help me. I was told that someone would contact me later that day to take care of the problems. No one ever contacted me. I called again on the following Monday and got the same response. Again, no call back. I called again on Tuesday and my call was put through to the used car sales manager. His response surprised and disappointed me. In essence he said that the dealership didn't make enough money on the deal to warrant doing any repairs. I reminded him that I paid the full advertised price for the vehicle. After some back and forth, he told me to bring the car in and he would try to fix the problems himself. I did bring it in and he did fiddle with the cup holder and trim but was unable to fix either...that's as far as I got. To date I am just living with the unresolved issues and am very dissatisfied. The dealership is great, but not worth the price I brought my car to the dealership because I was worried I might have an emergency. I was quoted an incorrect price over the phone by the receptionist and ended up paying twice as much for my repairs as I would have at the local specialist. An oil leak was discovered while my car was being repaired. I was able to have this problem solved elsewhere for less than half of what the dealership had asked just to run a diagnostic. I will not be returning for further services. More

I wanted to give them another try...WRONG MOVE! Poor poor customer service made me wait for 4 hours for nothing. He came up with all the excuse why my car was not serviced during the time I was the Poor poor customer service made me wait for 4 hours for nothing. He came up with all the excuse why my car was not serviced during the time I was there. Yes I had an appointment and was texting him at the 1 hour mark and the 3 hour mark. Finally I said I can’t wait any longer and had to leave. This was for a routine inspection! Service guy did not even have the courtesy to come and find me to let me know what’s happening. I did not bother to ask what went wrong. What for??!!! More
