Issue resolved I want to express my appreciation to Greg Burnett and keith(head mechanic) for reaoluntam issue I experienced with a previous service I had with Rockl I want to express my appreciation to Greg Burnett and keith(head mechanic) for reaoluntam issue I experienced with a previous service I had with Rocklin Mercedes. I had encounters an issue that had not been addressed at a previous service regarding brakes. Both Greg and Keith assured me that the matter would be resolved and I was. Greg even went over and beyond th me “call of duty “ when he complimented me with two front tires on my S class. This was due to something not be brought to my attention that should have been. He provided me the new tires for my inconvenience which I greatly appreciated. Go Mercedes Benz of Rocklin!!!! More
