The Most Unpleasant Experiences I brought my 1984 190D in for service for a 9am scheduled appointment. Was told the service cost amount and told I would be called when finished. This I brought my 1984 190D in for service for a 9am scheduled appointment. Was told the service cost amount and told I would be called when finished. This mad on a Tuesday. I received a call at about 400 pm informing me my car would not be finished until the filling day, and they would provide a loaner car if I need one or come pick me up when my service was completed. This was Tuesday evening. That was ok and I waited for call. No cal, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday when I called at 3:30 pm and was told my car was disassembled and would not be put back together until the following Tuesday. I swear to god, they just said it to me like it happened every day and there was nothing I could do. I then called them on Tuesday at 10 am and was told my car would be completed at 3pm Tuesday. They never calls me again and after telling my story to numerous people proported to be managers that day, I have never heard anything back from any of them or Mercedes Benz. I will never return, buy another Mercedes, and I will tell everyone I can, what a horrible place this dealership is. More

Always available In the four years we have owned our GLK350 we have had only two emergent problems: a dead battery and a non operative driver side seat belt. Both were fixed promptly, the former with a home visit! All routine service was performed accurately and promptly. We were always kept up to date by phone calls from service rep Brandon Stevens. We have been very pleased at being treated as special individual customers and will keep our business at MBZ of Rocklin. More

This was the only dealership that understood the problem and had the expertise to correct the problem. They diagnosed the problem and corrected the program quickly. I believe Greg Burnett was the technician. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. This service was accomplished a few months ago so Greg is the only name I remember. More
