Once you buy the car, they follow thru with nothing. Was told by salesman, Tony, (in writing) that the acquisition fee was $750. I even verified this with Mercedes after the fact. However, the sales manager (James) insisted on it being $1050, stating that it’s always been that price. Not true. Was told I was being charged $1,100 over invoice for price of car as that’s what the discount is for Costco members. Found out that I was not given $1,100 over, rather about $2,000 over instead. I should’ve insisted on seeing the invoice once car arrived. Instead, I took his word for it. The biggest issue I had was when the sales manager told me that I could call back within a few days after signing contract to add the pre-paid maintainence on to my car. I wanted to talk with my husband about it first. I chose to buy this and called dealership, but my salesman was out of town. They told me I would need to talk to finance since he wasn’t available. No answer in finance, so I left a message. No return call. Left another message 4 days later. Again, no return call. I texted my salesman, Tony, and told him I had left messages. He said no problem, I’ll take care of it. This is also in writing. I then called back later that day and spoke with Robby, explaining the situation. He assured me he would get some answers and call me back. AGAIN, no return call. Then I call back again 3 days later and speak to a female in finance, explaining the entire thing again. She says she would get some answers and call me the following morning. You guessed it. No return call. I will never refer anyone to their dealership, nor will I take my car there for service. More
Everything went wrong the first time! The work was not done properly, actually came back with more problems created by the dealer. However, when I called back, Wayne asked me to bring the car back and everything was fixed properly that time. I wish, they would do things right the first time without. More

undercarraige repair had my car towed in for repairs they checked it out gave me an estimate and i coordinated it with my insurance adjuster they did a great job i feel go had my car towed in for repairs they checked it out gave me an estimate and i coordinated it with my insurance adjuster they did a great job i feel good about the repairs it was $9k I have only had the car for 2 months the only downside is when i pick up my car this was only my second service it takes them a long time to find your car and bring it out for pick up 30 mins to 1 hour More

Poor experience I've been waiting since February for this dealer to transfer my warranty over. The finance manager Robbie is unable to respond to email or phone calls I've been waiting since February for this dealer to transfer my warranty over. The finance manager Robbie is unable to respond to email or phone calls. He should be fired due to his poor professionalism. Greg described to me the warranty policy for turbochargers and then got the car wasting more of my time and realized there is a very specific policy excluding them from warranties. If anyone reads these things you could tell Robbie to follow up with my warranty. He can find my contact information and his email if he cares to check it ever. More
