Better than Downtown The guys downtown didn't fix my leak and gave me back a dirty car - twice, so I went to Rocklin hoping for a better result. Although everyone was very nice and professional there, I picked up my car, still dirty, and discovered the leak still had not been fixed, so I had to come back for a 4th time. When I picked up my car after several days, it was still dirty and I don't think the leak is fixed. Pretty darn inconvenient. More

Internet Sales Team - bait and switch Worked with the internet sales team here. After about a week of trying to negotiate on a vehicle that was advertised as a certified pre-owned, The sal Worked with the internet sales team here. After about a week of trying to negotiate on a vehicle that was advertised as a certified pre-owned, The salesman agreed to a price that included shipping. When I called to make the deal, he decided to email me back and said the price he quoted wasn't for it being certified and I had to pay $2000 more for them to certify it (it was advertised online as already certified). His mgr James called back and was very condescending and said the email never said we would certify it for that price. He wanted to negotiate a new price. When I asked to go over his head, he said "I am the owner and you can deal with me". I've left numerous msgs for general mgrs with no call back. These guys have a pattern. I am complaining to MB about them and telling you to reconsider going with them! More
