Everyone was helpful , unfortunately, my wife and I were disappointed with a I have experienced an overall positive experience with Rocklin dealer. Everyone was helpful , unfortunately, my wife and I were disappointed with a particular employee when we felt like we were not taken seriously with our concern even when a phone call was made to that person that we would return to the dealer to pick up the items as part of the agreed negotiation. Also, when we brought the car to have the license plate holder be installed, we informed the attendant to have someone fix one tire that was not cleaned or sprayed when it was delivered the night we purchased the car, nothing was done. Again, we felt like we were not taken seriously with our concern. I e-mailed the dealer and received an apology from the manager. I hope that excellent customer service would be consistent all throughout not only when the vehicle is being purchased but also after it has been paid. More

Car had to be towed to the dealership that late afternoon. Ms. Carolyn Jackson, my service advisor, was extremely helpful and steady in ensuring that the fix had to be done immediately, by overriding the 'normal protocol' appointment at a later date. Some nasty inconvenience, but glad to be safe on that busy road. Hoping there will be no more unpleasant surprise. Thank you. More
