First experience with MB of Rocklin This was my first experience here. From the first point of contact I noticed a team that was insync and efficient. The atmosphere was not at all he This was my first experience here. From the first point of contact I noticed a team that was insync and efficient. The atmosphere was not at all hectic. I was well-informed and the service back to my office was a stress reducer. My car was ready the same day and they returned to pick me up which was another huge convenience. I was very satisfied with the service and the conveniences. I really liked the atmosphere of the dealership and the service department. I also was very pleasantly surprised when I got in my car and it wasn't just washed as I suspected they would do but it was very well cleaned inside and out. This whole experience was worth the difference in the minutiae of the dollars spent elsewhere. Five stars More

Our salesperson, Tony Alexan, was very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. We never felt pressured to buy nor received annoying phone calls after our first meeting. The sales manager, James Reemts was also very professional in our dealings with him and sincerely wanted us to be happy customers. My car is new so have not had experience with the service department yet, however, my husband purchased his MBZ at this dealership several years ago and has been very happy and impressed with the level of service.
