The Mercedes Benz of Rocklin Service Department ordered the new windshield and installed it quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of inconvenience to me. I worked with Asst. Service Manager Carolyn Jackson initially, and then Eric Treibull subsequently - both were excellent. Once installed, the Service Department (Technicians AJ and 2140 - they introduced thmeselves at the time I met them, but I did not keep a record of those names) continued to pursue the squeaks, rattles and other noises generated by the windshield replacement process. They went the extra mile, at my request, and chased down every unexpected irritating noise in the vehicle before returning it to me. The car is new again and as perfect as the day I bought it. After 12 years as a loyal customer, a VERY bad experience. I bought my Sprinter van 12 years ago at Surf City Dodge in Huntington Beach because they had the only short wheelbase, low roof, silver van west of t I bought my Sprinter van 12 years ago at Surf City Dodge in Huntington Beach because they had the only short wheelbase, low roof, silver van west of the Mississippi. Since I live in Davis, all my service appointments have been at the Rocklin Mercedes dealership. all of the van's routine care up to this summer was very well done, and I was treated well at the dealership. However, when I took advantage of a full service coupon this summer, things did'nt go well. Although the air conditioning system had worked very well for years, including over a dozen month-long trips in the Southern Utah, I had the A/C system refreshed. About 1,000 miles later, in the blistering heat of the Great Basin and Mojave deserts, the A/C system quit. My traveling partners and I endured many hours of appalling discomfort, through a long and slow 7-hour afternoon transit from Las Vegas to Bakersfield in 112 degree temperatures. It was a miserable Death Valley Days experience. Once I was home, $500 and two days in the service department had me rolling in comfort again. Roughly 100 miles later, the A/C quit again. Each visit to the dealership takes two to three hours of travel time, depending on traffic, plus the service days. Now I am confronted with repeating the whole process again. I would appreciate a reply, and a driver bringing me a loan vehicle, taking my van to the dealership, and a fix that lasts more then a week. Steve Tracy, Davis, CA. More

No follow up I have taken my 2006 clk 500 in to the Rocklin dealer since they expanded. Purchased the car, new from the el dorado dealership. When my car was new I have taken my 2006 clk 500 in to the Rocklin dealer since they expanded. Purchased the car, new from the el dorado dealership. When my car was new and the economy was doing well, they were awesome and really took care of everything. Class act. Since the economy tanked and my car has become older with a major issue that they have not been able to find the reason for..... They say no error codes...Ha!, they do not have the same friendly service or follow thru. They damaged a part of one of my windows when they were replacing the auto window control valve. They said they needed to order it. A month later I called and the service advisor said for some reason it was never ordered. She then said she ordered it again. A month later I called to check on and she stated the part was coming from Germany and was on a ship and had to clear customs. Really! That was back in April. Still no word. !!!!!!!!! Terrible. When I sell this car I will NEVER buy another Mercedes again. This is the short version of all the issues I've experienced. More
