Brandon excelled, again. I brought my car in this week due to an awful noise it was making. Brandon provided excellent service per usual and handed me keys to a loaner. After picking up my car once finished, I brought it home to hear the noise again. With a quick phone call Brandon had me back in, another loaner in hand and the issue attempted to be fixed again. A GROUP THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS After delivering my new 2017 GLC we were diving home and the Engine light came on. I immediately went back to the Dealer. John, Assistant Service.Man After delivering my new 2017 GLC we were diving home and the Engine light came on. I immediately went back to the Dealer. John, Assistant Service.Manager and James in Sales asked me to come in the next morning, since this was after hours. I did this and at the end of the day he called and wanted to keep the car one more day to cheek it out. All was done then. However 7 days later the Remote Key lock system failed about one block from the dealer. Went to John again and he tried the system and saw that it worked once and then failed all together. John immediately gave me a loaned car and had the system worked on that day. Again they found both cases had bad wiring. The quick response to these issues was great and no delay saying we have to come back in a few days. The Service was GREAT and very responsive. Too have a $70K new car have these issues was bad but the Service and Sales management were there to help. THANKS!! More
