Told broken piston, given 2 options: option 1: replace piston $12,000 option 2: replace engine $23,000. Actual diagnosis: broken spark plug, parts and labor $250 (non-dealer shop). My service advisor Michael Gallagher was super helpful with finding out the problems with my car. He went above and beyond . I was able to do a test drive with the mechanic. And was not able to duplicate with finding out the problems with my car. He went above and beyond . I was able to do a test drive with the mechanic. And was not able to duplicate it on the test drive but the mechanic then took it and figured out what was going on . It was so helpful ..so I had excellent service I appreciate all the great help with my car service needs thank you again!!! More
