We do not live in the area and our local dealership, who we previously purchased through, was not able to meet our needs. We were about to purchase a BMW, but really wanted a Mercedes. We had seen some reviews on a forum regarding James Reemts at MB-Rocklin. We took a chance and made a call James to see if he had the vehicle we wanted to purchase and the terms/price we were looking for. He did, and we had a deal within 30 minutes. Car was delivered the following day. The entire process was painless. When we get ready to replace our existing Mercedes, we will be contacting James & visiting the Rocklin location. More

Flat tire Came in on a Saturday morning with a flat tire and no appointment. I had replaced the front tire with the spare but the spare wheel only allowed trav Came in on a Saturday morning with a flat tire and no appointment. I had replaced the front tire with the spare but the spare wheel only allowed travel of not more than 50 mph and I had to get back to the SF Bay Area. Wayne Schmid did a great job. Had the shop check out the damaged tire and its wheel. When the wheel checked out, had the shop transfer the spare from the spare wheel to the standard wheel so I could get to my destination safely and at speed on the freeway. Wayne sent me on my way with good wishes and a washed car. Nice! More
