Second service that I would have to pay and it was the worse Total cost were more than estimate but absolutely no communication to get my approval before proceeding. Parts and Service reps are very attentive... on my last trip for A service, I ordered an additional key and was driven and picked up from the DMV (I needed proof of registration but I didn't have a copy with me). Then, during the visit when I picked up the key, someone brought a bottle of water to my aunt who was waiting in the car! They also have a great complimentary coffee bar! More

Disappointed My window broke so I took it to Mercedes of Sacramento and I was given a quote. I then took it to Rocklin and I was being charged $100 more. After I s My window broke so I took it to Mercedes of Sacramento and I was given a quote. I then took it to Rocklin and I was being charged $100 more. After I said that it was more than the Ardennes location, the price was reduced. I felt like I was being over charged when both shop are considered the same company. Never going back there. More
