Greg was awesome! I was recently in to have my dreaded EPA smog system repaired on my 2011 Spinter Van and I received great service from Greg. I had been all over the I I was recently in to have my dreaded EPA smog system repaired on my 2011 Spinter Van and I received great service from Greg. I had been all over the Internet and spoke with a few mechanics about my Sprinter van that needed NOX sensors and possibly other parts. Due to these conversations I was very hesitant to take the van in due to the thousands of dollars others had to spend on multiple issues with the system. Greg was great with the explanations and made sure the system was checked before and after the work was completed in a timely manner. Greg saved me a good amount of money and worry. Eric went out of his way to ensure that I have a loaner car, as the battery was not in stock and it was the day before a holiday . The following Tuesday he called me to let me know my car was outfitted with the new battery. I remembered I had been losing air in one of my tires and asked Eric to facilitate its repair . When they took the tire off they found the wheel to be defective. I had bought the wheels from one of your purveyors after l had bought the car. Eric told me he would call Rich’s tire barn and explain to them the situation, as he was concerned about me driving on the defective wheel . The next day the wheel was replaced and everything was in excellent condition. Eric went out of his way when he could’ve very easily have let me handle the problem on my own. Eric went out of his way to ensure my happiness. More

I checked around with the local tire centers and none of them had the OEM tires in stock, howev I needed a new set if tires for my 2015 C300 4-Matic.
