Keeping my 1995 E320 wagon running great! Was time for service of my 1995 wagon and went in to set up appointment as I was in the area. Was met by Greg Burnett and discussed what I needed done for my car. Greg was open to discussing what was best for my car and provided many options and accurately listed all the little things I had wanted repaired while the car was there. We set up an appointment and brought the car in and was again met by very polite and respectful porter who got the information for my car and brought it to Greg. I was not in a hurry for my car to be serviced and knew one of the gas struts for the tailgate would have to be ordered. Greg provided some phone calls to update me on what was done and what needed to be done during the service. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Greg provided a review of the services that had been done and because my car is in the Classic Car program for Mercedes-Benz I was given a discount for all parts and services provided. This is what will keep me coming back to Von Housen for service and an eventual new or newer car. I have to say every time I drive my old car I am totally impressed with the product and the service I get at Von Housen. More

Wrong diagnoses for pre-purchase inspection RO# 183272, I came to this dealer thinking I would get an honest deal, since both my parents and my sister both purchased their new MB from here but w RO# 183272, I came to this dealer thinking I would get an honest deal, since both my parents and my sister both purchased their new MB from here but what I received from this place was the worst repair estimate I have ever seen. The dealership quoted me 3198.63 for multiple leaks from power steering reservoir seal, oil filer housing seals, thermostat gasket, cam plugs, and to re-seal the power steering rack head. Now, I know car isn't leaking some of these locations, so I decided to get a second opinion from in independent shop and what they find was one losse hole clamp connected to the power steering reservoir. All he did was tighten the screw to resolved my leaking problem and they wave the $60 diagnostic fee since it was so simple to fix. Not sure what they were doing at this dealer but I wouldn't never recommend this place to anyone including my family after their warranty runs out. More
