WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE The sales and finance department are the worst! I started shopping for a car using USAA car buying service and I was approved for a loan with a ver The sales and finance department are the worst! I started shopping for a car using USAA car buying service and I was approved for a loan with a very low interest rate. I found the car that I like at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin. I called them and told them I was interested on the 2017 C63S AMG on their lot, but I will not be able to make it there until the weekend after due to work and also I am about an hour away from the dealership. My salesman, James Reemts called back and told me that if I really liked the car that he will have a driver to deliver it the next day so I can test drive the car and if I like it I can buy the car and will have all the paper work ready. I told him that more than likely unless there is something wrong with the car, that I will buy it. I told him that I will be using USAA CREDIT UNION for my financing and will be getting my gap and extended warrant with them. I was thinking that will be awesome! Saw the car the next day and it was beautiful! Test drove the car and was truly impressed! Told the driver that I'm getting the car and would like to see the paper work. I was reading all the papers and everything looks normal except for a paper from another financial institution requesting an auto loan. I called the finance director of MB of Rocklin ( Andrea Bryner) and told her that I am financing with USAA credit union, she then explained to me that this is just for the car dealership security in case my loan fall through. I told her that this will not be the case since I was already approved for the loan, but she insisted and told me that they are not going to use it unless they have to. GUESS WHAT! A few days later, I WAS GETTING CALLS, EMAILS AND MAIL from different financial institutionsssss about the pending auto loan I was applying. WHAT?! Not sure what the deal is but I now have a loan from a different bank with a much higher interest rate!!!! I feel so stupid!!! I also asked Jason Reemts if someone from the dealership can help me figure out the car. I was given a number and name to call but she never call back ( I think her name was Michaela). I was then told that I can use YouTube to figure most of my questions about the car! That was messed up! More
