Poor experience, deceptive, disrespectful sale and service. Finance option costs deceptive—MBZ finance refunded costs. Items missing including license bracket and lighters Mismatched rear and worn front t Finance option costs deceptive—MBZ finance refunded costs. Items missing including license bracket and lighters Mismatched rear and worn front tires. Dirty filters—clear had not been serviced. I kept old filters. This car did not meet MBZ CPO standards and representation. I wasted hours as was disrespectfully treated by salesman and his immediate manager. After days and numerous calls, General service manager and sales manager responded. Tires replaced, cabin and air filter replaced and MBZ finance returned finance charges. RocklinMBZ never reached out to me after sales to offer assistance re tech support or any other questions. Very poor customer service. I did finally receive positive help from service manager. More
