Easy and low pressure buying experience Tom Emerson, at this dealership, was easy to work with and very low pressure. The car's physical condition was pristine. However, it came with only Tom Emerson, at this dealership, was easy to work with and very low pressure. The car's physical condition was pristine. However, it came with only a 90 day warranty (no extended warranty was discussed or offered) so we will see how it stands up mechanically. Clean, bright and easy to find dealership building. They did some additional prep work on this used car prior to delivery and gave me a new Mercedes 300 as a loaner for a few days. Nice perk! Jeff More

Matt or Andy are are always available to meet and great with a smile and ensure the drop off and pick up process is effortless. My service advisor, Wayne, is knowledgeable and fully transparent about the end to end servicing process. He goes above and beyond to accommodate my request, however sets realistic expectations for his customers and his team. He collaborates with the technicians and keeps me informed throughout the process. The garage is impeccably clean with skilled technicians that are equally customer centric. For example, Sean a technician from another service team working late, went out of his way to help me locate items I needed to pick up. More

Felt like I was at a used car lot I ventured to Rocklin MB to look at one of their CPO vehicles. I was met by Michael and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We thanked him for his help and prepared to leave. This is when James appeared and began to ask a number of questions making it difficult to leave. The next day we came back and drove the car again and made an offer. We went back and forth with the manager, but couldn't get to an agreement. We got up to leave and once again we were approached by James in the parking lot. We were in our car and he made it difficult to leave. We decided to go ahead and purchase the car at the price offered. We went to finance and started the purchase process. The first option was to purchase window tinting. We were informed that they performed the tinting on-site and this would lead to a better result. Because it was done by their service department we decided to purchase. We then discussed pre-paid maintenance and purchased that as well. Later that day I was reviewing the MB web site and saw that they listed the pre-paid maintenance for significantly less than I paid. That seemed odd, so I sent a note to the finance manager asking about this. He said it was more expensive because I purchased a used vehicle. If that was the case, then I would expect to be asked by the service department if I bought the car used and would be charged a higher price. To test this, I called service and asked how much they charged for the 20k service. After they quoted the price, I told them I had purchased the vehicle used and if that would change the price. They laughed and said of course it wouldn't. I guess it is only more expensive when being sold by the finance manager. A couple of weeks later I dropped off my car to get the windows tinted. As he was writing the service order, I asked if they perform the tinting on site. He said no. They take it down the street. If I had known they didn't do it themselves I would have found my own service provider. Overall experience I wouldn't have expected from a high end dealership. Felt like I was on a used car lot being harassed by aggressive sales people who wouldn't let me leave and feeling misled. Definitely buyer beware. I assume it would have been a different experience if I was purchasing a more expensive model. More
