It took longer than I expected because of them finding the defective battery so I had to wait the extra time it took for them to do that. I was a little shocked how expensiive it was but it's a Mercedes. More

When it came down to discussing the vehicle with Michael what we were looking for it was quick and his assistance in finding the specific car I wanted with the packages that I wanted was great. The worst part is when he directed me towards James who behaved in a very inappropriate manner to the point where he was talking down to me because of my anxiousness when it came to the car buying process. It was very clear he had no respect for me as a person and was using his own personal predispositions that because I am a young guy that I was wasting his time with our discussion. This was very apparent and my spouse was able to pick up on this very quickly as well. After finally selecting the vehicle I was interested in and being allowed to go on a drive with a similar vehicle that was in the lot, this affirmed the decision I was already planning to make. Overall Michael and Andrea provided the best customer service and made this car buying process great. If you can, avoid James like the plague unless you like being treated like your an insignificant customer who is being judged by your appearance. Their ability to work with you and getting you exactly what you want was the most accommodating part of this experience as well as this was not what I had expected. I hope next time when it comes to leasing a new vehicle that I will have a different experience that is much better than this. One final note about this dealership is that communication tends to be something that isn't quick so don't expect a call to be returned within the same day especially if it's something you are concerned about. One often wonders if they are being overcharged for service or repair, or up-charged for a service not required, after all, there are numerous places you can obtain vehicle service, the dilemma is finding the right one that works for you and one that can be trusted not to squeeze you out of a few more dollars. I have a E350 Cabriolet and have taken that vehicle to Rocklin Mercedes Benz, for not only the customary required service, but in addition, a damaged tire and a torn wind screen along with a few other little odds and ends that needed attention. My experience was they only did the service that was necessary based on the miles driven, they suggested it was not necessary for the full – and expensive – scheduled service when the minor service was sufficient. They replaced my rear tire at little to no cost after a nail had punctured the sidewall. I asked them to replace my windscreen because of a small tear. I was quoted a price of around $250.00 for the replacement. I made the appointment to have the work done and when I picked up my vehicle I was told there would be no charge and that they were happy to have me as a return customer – Thank you Greg Burnett. As a Mercedes-Benz owner, I can go anywhere for Mercedes service, but I am confident I would not find a dealer as honest, accommodating and customer oriented than Rocklin Mercedes-Benz. Craig W.
