After service my power steering failed I initially brought my SUV in for a service B and to have the front left light looked at. Wayne is the one who assisted me and checked my car in. I left my car there and had Service B completed but was told the parts for the front light would not come in until that following Friday. So I told Wayne I would have to pick up my car and bring it back the following Tuesday. I used the car to drive to Tahoe Friday morning, dropped my husband off at the lift, then proceeded to drive to the home we were staying for the weekend. As I was driving there, the power steering completely shut down as I was turning. I wasn’t able to turn the car sufficiently and the side of the car hit the railing. On the dash board, it was red and showed “Power Steering Malfunction.” I immediately slowed down and found a safe place to park the car. I turned around to make sure my son was okay and then proceeded to call Wayne out of panic because I didn’t understand what happened and what to do next with the car. Wayne told me to restart the car and see if the power steering would reset and he would have the MB mechanics take a look at it when I would bring it back. After restarting the car, the power steering was restored and my family and I made it home safely. I brought the car back the following Tuesday as planned. Wayne checked in the car to have the front left light replaced and said he would have the mechanics look at the power steering. He said the car would be done in a couple hours. Later that day, Wayne called me and said that they found a failure in the power steering and there were several parts that needed to be replaced. The car stayed for an additional day. I also asked Wayne to get an estimate on the body damage of the car caused by the power steering malfunction. He stated he would but “Mercedes Benz would not take any responsibility for it.” My husband and I are confused and disappointed in the whole situation. I bought this $50,000 less than a year ago. I spent over $1500 in services in the last week for the car. And I am now left with a car that had some defect that caused me to crash my car. Thank God the accident was not worst than what it was. Im also left with damage over $3000 to my car. So I am nothing but disappointed and feeling like I should have never bought this car. I was tricked into buying a $50,000 car, that supposedly pass inspection and was certified. The truth is it had a defect in the power steering that could have killed me and my son. Also I had a failure happen after I spent $1100 on service B which is supposed to be an extensive thorough service. I have contacted customer relations and they said they would contact Rocklin MB and investigate it. I am hoping at least to have the damages to my car covered since it was caused from this power steering malfunction. More

As we were finalizing the deal, he said they had the wrong price on the vehicle. He said the vehicle was supposed to be $36,900, but he would take $34,000. We were shocked and walked out the door. They tried to stop us and explain. I told them that is called bait and switch. I will never set foot into their dealership again. We told them we were going to give them a bad review. I cannot wait to see the B. S. Spin they try to comment on this. More

On time schedule, work done when promised. I had my stock wheels swapped to for chrome ones. I asked that the wheels be cleaned from greasy finger prints. When returned from the contractor in r I had my stock wheels swapped to for chrome ones. I asked that the wheels be cleaned from greasy finger prints. When returned from the contractor in roseville the wheels had several greasy finger prints on them. I specifically asked in advance for proper cleaning because when the wheels for my wife's car were done a year ago they came back with many finger prints. Brandon was not at the Dealership when either vehicle was returned. Apparently that is why the wheels were not cleaned properly. More

I did my research, got a hold of Mike prior to meeting him, we have established beforehand what I was looking for & my price range, came in on my appointment with firm resolve that I was still window shopping for a car as part of my research! First time for me to walk away from a dealership on the same day with a car! Mike did what I asked for, offered me options, made the whole sales process seamless, worked hard to get me a good deal & discounts & facilitated to get my car insurance! He's a one stop shop & based on my experience is highly recommended! Shawn from Finance walked me through that aspect of the sales process & was patient in explaining the paperworks. Colby from Sales was a lifesaver & helped me learn how to actually use the car! Overall a very good experience & will recommend to anybody thinking of buying MB vehicles! More

Very smooth and painless experience You can walk in, get to the point and walk out with what you want. Thats how buying a car should be. Finance and GM were spot on, sales guy Jeremy Reemts very direct and always available. We have bought over 4 vehicles from this dealership over the years and the experience just keeps improving More

I cannot give a better review of customer service as the excellent customer service is consistent. They try to go above and beyond. The dealership is clean and comfortable. They have free wifi if you are planning to wait for your vehicle. All the service attendants who receive your car are respectful, friendly, and helpful. Even though servicing your car is a chore, MB makes it enjoyable. The rental cars they loan out during servicing are always clean and the fee is nominal. To top all that off, my car gets a really nice wash during each visit. More
