A simple adjustment and lost is found! Brought the car back as after the initial alignment the steering wheel was off center. attention to detail this was a normal first year maintenance. it went like clockwork. however, i asked about two issues. a clunking when going into reverse and a clickin this was a normal first year maintenance. it went like clockwork. however, i asked about two issues. a clunking when going into reverse and a clicking noise in the dash soon after the car started. what was special. typically a service assistant tells you what the mechanic found or thinks. not at rocklin. i was escorted to the service bay and the mechanic sat me the driver seat and asked me to detail what was happening. nice. the clunking noise was because i was not releasing the park brake when moving in reverse. the dash noise looks to be the air system adjusting the vents and air flow. first time i ever was given a one on one with the service specialist to listen to my issues. thanks rocklin. passenger seat not working for 2nd time 2nd time taking car in passenger seat would not working again. said it would cost over 800.00 to fix. wayne said something was caught in the seat, t 2nd time taking car in passenger seat would not working again. said it would cost over 800.00 to fix. wayne said something was caught in the seat, they could fix it for over 800.00 warranty would not cover it although it covered it the first time, they could not tell me what it was that stopped the seat. totally angry. a couple of days later Mike called me and said they would try to get a courtesty fix for it. I have left messages for Mike over the past month or so, no answer or no answer. the seat does not move, very anxious to get it fixed so I can use my passenger seat again. Please let me know what is happening as I have not heard anything for a month or so. feel they have a lot of time to get back to me More
