Total Rip Off! 2010 mercedes sprinter 2500 50k mi. Brought sprinter in for engine light. Was told they would call at lunch. No call I called at 2,3 and 5 with no 2010 mercedes sprinter 2500 50k mi. Brought sprinter in for engine light. Was told they would call at lunch. No call I called at 2,3 and 5 with no response. Next day called and was told I would get a call right back with no call. I called to talk with a manager and was given to my service person. Service person lied and told me he left a message but had not! I told him he had not and he then said it was an email which was never received. The dog must have ate it! $180 diagnosis stated I would need 2 nox sensors and a temp sensor @ $1900.00. Ludicrous because if you read a few forums these items are factory defective.good thing I bought the best made vehicle. 5 revisions in 5 years. Dealer says sensors are out of date? Did you know your sensors have a shelf life? Walked out with no maintenance performed. They gave me receipt with no info on defective parts after paying for diagnosis. I asked and was told they don't usually give that out??? Good thing I paid for diagnosis. They eventually gave the info to me and I purchased the 2 nox sensors and 1 temp sensor for $580 (o.e.m. and new in box) and installed them myself. Now they want $400 to flash my computer for new sensors. I was called by a service tech and had a few questions answered and he was very helpful but do not remember his name. He did a great job. Full of sales talk no new customer support. No sales happened in MB Rocklin, They run our credit more than 30 times. Not Realistic!!!
