As expected treatment I took my GL550 for a leak associated with power steering which is a known issue with this model year. The price was consistent with online reviews o I took my GL550 for a leak associated with power steering which is a known issue with this model year. The price was consistent with online reviews of other dealerships, the cost was actually lower at a local Mercedes authorize repair shop. I decided to take it to Rocklin Mercedes because I also needed an update on my command center, specifically the bluetooth software. I as hoping for a discount on that piece of work since the leak cost was upwards of 1,300 dollars, but was not provided that option. The cost for a simple upgrade was 180.00 and that doesn't make sense to charge typical labor rates to start a simple software update. More

Always great service!!!!!!!!! From the moment I drive up until the moment I leave I'm always treated as the "customer comes first". It starts with a hello from someone out on the parking area to Wayne Schmid (Service Advisor) being professional and consultative in diagnosing the problem and getting me in and out of service quickly. And......I'm always greeted by Cindy who remembers my name and makes me a great coffee if I have to wait for my car. Let's not forget the mechanics that work on my car either. I've been in the garage with them and they've always been helpful in taking their time showing me why and what I need for the car. In summary Wayne is extremely professional while the mechanics know their stuff. I could go to other non Mercedes shops for my repairs and service but coming to Mercedes Rocklin I know they're the best and the job gets done correctly. More

I've just one issue since I've had the car back, the parking break seems to stick to the point I feel I might break it when I try to release it. More
I paid $240 for a duplicate "smart key" that often fails. My original key still works perfectly. The duplicate often fails to start the car and failed 3 times in a row when I drove into the MBZ service Dept. My original key still works perfectly. The duplicate often fails to start the car and failed 3 times in a row when I drove into the MBZ service Dept. Nevertheless, they spent four hours "proving" it wasn't the fault of the new key. I still have the same problem -- which I am documenting -- and I plan to demand a new key that works every time. More
