The dealership’s communication with the customer needs improvement. My car needed a part and Eric, the service representative, said it would be in on Friday and someone would call me to schedule an appointment. Over the weekend, the service rep sent a text asking me if I was satisfied with the service performed on my vehicle. I told him the service had yet to be performed. On the following Tuesday, I called the dealership to check the status of the part and was told it came in last Friday but no one called to let me know. I asked to schedule the appointment but I had additional questions for my service rep. When the rep eventually called me back, he advised me that they were waiting on the part. I informed him that the part was ready because as was unaware. When we finally brought the vehicle in to be serviced, the customer service provided by Eric was just not friendly. He acted as if he had something else to do at the moment and rushed us through. On the other hand, Wayne Schmid provided excellent customer service on our initial visit as he was filling in for someone else.

Again i live in Yuba City and it's silly to come all the way down there for a car wash. Raintree here does a pretty good job. It's about $200. Please get me a vouchers for interior and posterior. Thank you in advance...https://raintreecarwash.com/

Hello Scott, apparently Raintree in Yuba city has the paperwork to get this done for under $50. I am really not the type of person to pursue anything unless it's just blatantly obvious. And it's really inconvenient that my name is Karen. I try to be extra nice because people seem to expect the worst out of me and I'm just not like that. I don't feel like I should have to be the one to do the verifications on this request. I've talked to them regarding this request and they are waiting to hear from you. I would like for you to follow through. A car wash is not that big of a deal, integrity and honesty is. A multi million dollar company should not blink an eye for a car wash that was told happened but never did...I want to be able to recommend you, but waiting for a car wash voucher has me thinking.....
