Lack of response. Not pleased with the service received from the sales rep and the lack of follow-up from the TWO survey requested to complete and submit. The question was/is regarding brakes...the car was leased. I am now buying. When the car was inexpected, someone from service depth stated I will need brake pads and roters very soon. My concern...if I had turned the car in and leased another, that car turned in would be resold. As part of getting the car ready for resale, the brakes and roters would have been repaired as part of the service. That was not done for Mr buying the care . I am expected to now get this repair done on my own. I don't see this as representing the company with complete respect and honesty.
