I dealt with John Nishita and couldn't have been happier! I was greeted by him in the morning and he couldn't have been nicer. He wrote down any and all concerns I had on my car, got me checked in, had a rental waiting for me and got me on my way. It was such a smooth process. I come from a family that has owned a body shop for over 25 years so my expectations were high when it came to the exterior detail of my new car. I know that black cars are never fun; however, I know the way that they can look if you have someone that knows what they are doing. I was thrilled after seeing the final result! Mercedes of Rocklin took every concern I had about my car and perfected it to show room quality. I couldn't be happier and I definitely won't be going to anyone else but John and Mercedes of Rocklin for all my service needs! Thanks! More

They send you notes and updates to let you know your car needs to go in for service and you can get an appointment right away. They have a nice place you can sit and wait for your car. I had a question and stopped by after my car was serviced and someone came out and fixed it for me in 5 minutes. The car always comes out clean and sparkling with the seat adjusted the way it was when you brought it in. More
